Change to LTIP EPS performance range

RPS, a leading multi-sector global professional services firm, announces that following discussion with the Company's shareholders, the Remuneration Committee has agreed to increase the upper end of the EPS performance range for the 2019 LTIP, such that the performance range has changed to 3% to 9%.
